In our town (Galax, VA) I have two houses that are definately "Creepy". One is always coming back to market every 10-18 mths and has a queer central room/pendant light.
The other I can smell and feel the darkness. a friend of mine grew up in that house. It IS possessed by her step-father's evil spirit. He was very nasty; he still is!! This house is totally unsellable!!
