Having had several experiences from a young age I decided to explore these to a greater extent and joined a local group investigating possible paranormal events.
My own experiences range from a sense of not being alone in a room to actual apparitions clearly seen in the same room and also having a side lamp thrown across the room toward me in a house which,at the time I was alone in with the exception of a dog,which was in another room at the time,barking and growling for no reason.I have had many other experiences over the years .

Sleep peacefully Cassie
My beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel "Cassie" passed over on 3rd January 2009 shortly after finding out she had serious heart problems. A couple of nights before she died we captured some amazing video footage of a group of 7 or 8 bright orbs crossing the room towards Cassie sitting on the sofa,she appeared to greet them as her tail began to wag as they approached her.We also captured several EVPs at the same time that seem to be refering to Cassie.
