- I live in Chesterfield, Virginia, and done investigating with couple of groups in the area. But would be interested. And I do know of quite a few areas--thanks to writing my books for Schiffer--even other places in Virginia.

Comment by Carol on January 30, 2009 at 9:56am - We lived in the Va.Beach and Norfolk area many years ago for a while. My husband was in the Navy. I had a friend who bought a house that was haunted. It was somewhere south of Dam Neck Naval Station. I went to this house several times. Also I heard many stories from some of the guys who were stationed with a squadron at Dam Neck about the building they were located in being haunted. I also had an experience in the unit we lived in at NAS Oceana as well as the home we lived in before moving into base housing.
